2019: Hocum will serve as a backup wide receiver as a walk-on senior in 2019.
2018: Hocum joined the USC team in the spring of 2018 as a junior walk-on wide receiver. He did not see action in 2018. He suffered a hand injury prior to the Utah game and missed USC’s last 6 games. He transferred to USC from Marquette in the spring of 2017, but did not play football at USC previously.
MARQUETTE: He attended Marquette from the fall of 2015 through the fall of 2016.
HIGH SCHOOL: He made 29 tackles and an interception as a 2014 senior defensive back at Catholic Memorial High in Waukesha (Wis.). He also was a sprinter and long jumper on Catholic Memorial’s track team.
PERSONAL: He is a business administration major at USC with a 3.30 GPA.
