USC Cross Country Posts Strong 6K Debut at The Master's University Invitational

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — The USC cross country team placed ninth out of 21 scoring teams at The Master's University Invite women's 6k on Saturday morning. Montserrat Santillan Silva once again led all Trojans with eighth place overall (out of 189 runners) in a time of 22:06.7, finishing as the fastest freshman in the field.
