2019-20 SEASON: Pilch begins her senior season competing for the Women of Troy.
2018-19 SEASON: Pilch was a member of the Varsity 8 during her junior season...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships... Helped USC to beat UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 18-0 all-time…Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team...Selected as a CRCA Scholar Athlete...Placed first inthe B Final with the Varsity 8 at the Longhorn Invitational...Defeated Virginia in a dual at the Pac-12 Challenge...Finished second in the Women's Open 2- at the San Diego Fall Classic.
2017-18 SEASON: Pilch primarily rowed with the Second Varisty 8+ as a sophomore...Helped the Women of Troy earn an invitation to the NCAA Championships where the team placed 12th overall in the nation...Finished in third place with the Second Varsity 8 in the C Final at NCAAs...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships...Defeated UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 17-0 all-time...Took third place in the A Final at the Clemson Invitational with the Second Varsity 8...Took third with the Second Varsity 8 in the Women's Collegiate 2V Grand Final at the San Diego Crew Classic.
2016-17 SEASON: Pilch was a member of the Varsity 4 as a freshman...Placed first in the Women's Collegiate V4+ Grand Final at the San Diego Crew Classic...Defeated UCLA in the annual dual to extend USC's undefeated streak to 16-0 all-time...Placed third with the Varsity 4 at the Pac-12 Championships.
NATIONAL TEAM: Member of the Polish Junior National Team and the U23 National Team…Placed fourth at the 2014 European Junior Rowing Championship (2-JW) …Won sixth place at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing (2-JW).
CLUB: Pilch competed for the AZS AWF Krakow club for six years…Won gold in 4-W and 4xW and silver in 2-W at the 2016 National Championships…
