2021-22 SEASON: Annika Christensen enters her senior season on the USC women's rowing team.

2020-21 SEASON:  Christensen did not see any action during her junior season.

2019-20 SEASON: Christensen competed in one race during her sophomore season….The 2019-20 rowing season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic….Her boat placed second in the Women’s Open 4+ at the San Diego Fall Classic.
2018-19 SEASON: Christensen made an instant impact as a freshman by earning the coxswain position for the Trojan Varsity 8 boat...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships... Helped USC to beat UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 18-0 all-time…Placed first in the B Final with the Varsity 8 at the Longhorn Invitational...Defeated Iowa in a dual at the Pac-12 Challenge...Placed third in the Women's Open 4+ at the San Diego Fall Classic.Â
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Christensen rowed for the U19 Mid-Atlantic Team at the 2017 USRowing Youth Regional Challenge Exhibition Race where she placed second in the Women's 8+ A Final.Â
CLUB: Christensen rowed for Three Rivers Junior Rowing for five years...As a junior, she was the NK Athlete Grant Recipient as well as the Gina Lucia Toolbelt Award Recipient...She placed first at the 52nd Head of the Charles in 2016 in the women’s 4+...Took second place in the Women's 4+ at the 2017 USRowing Youth National Championships...Finished in seventh place in the Women's Lightweight 4+ at the 2016 USRowing Youth National Championships.Â
PERSONAL: Annika Neve Christensen was born on September 19, 2000...Daughter of Jeff and Michelle Christensen...Has two sisters, Stella and Gretel...Majoring in archeology and hopes one day to work in archeological research...Favorite movie is the Lizzie McGuire movie...Hopes to visit Vienna, London, Rome and Florence...Is a member of STARC, the Society for Trojan Archeologists.
