2013 : Maguire, who transferred to USC in the fall of 2013 from Golden West Junior College, is a reserve walk-on defensive end as a junior in 2013.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: As a defensive end at Golden West Junior College in Huntington Beach (Calif.), he had 15 tackles (with a sack) in 5 games as a 2012 sophomore.
As a 2011 redshirt freshman, he earned JC Athletic Bureau All-State Region V first team and All-Southern California Football Association Central Division East Conference first team honors while making 34 tackles (with 8 for losses, including 6 sacks), plus a forced fumble, fumble recovery and deflection.
He redshirted as a first-year freshman at Minnesota Duluth in 2010 as the Bulldogs won the NCAA Division II national championship.
HIGH SCHOOL: He earned 2009 All-King County Crest League second team honors as a senior defensive lineman, linebacker, tight end and wide receiver at Eastlake High in Sammamish (Wash.). He averaged 18.0 yards per reception in 2009.
He also played basketball Eastlake, averaging 8.4 points and 4.3 rebounds as a 2010 senior.
