2013 : Cassone is a reserve walk-on wide receiver as a first-year freshman in 2013.
HIGH SCHOOL: He made 2012 Max Preps All-State Division III first team, All-CIF East Valley Division and All-Frontier League as a senior wide receiver and defensive back at Malibu (Calif.) High. He had 100 catches for 1,707 yards (17.1 avg.) with 16 TDs in 2012, along with 9 carries for 87 yards (9.7 avg.) with 2 TDs. On defense, he had105 tackles, 5 interceptions, 9 deflections, 6 forced fumbles and 3 fumble recoveries in 2012.
As a 2011 junior, he completed 33-of-53 passes (62.3%) for 524 yards with 5 TDs and 4 interceptions, ran for 181 yards on 42 carries (4.3 avg.) with 4 TDs, caught 22 passes for 365 yards (16.6 avg.) with 3 TDs, returned 18 punts for 275 yards (15.3 avg.) and 10 kickoffs for 215 yards (21.5 avg.), and made 86 tackles (2 for losses), 3 interceptions, 4 deflections and 2 forced fumbles.
