2017-18 SEASON: Hays primarily rowed with the Second Varisty 8+ as a sophomore...Helped the Women of Troy earn an invitation to the NCAA Championships where the team placed 12th overall in the nation...Finished in third place with the Second Varsity 8 in the C Final at NCAAs...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships...Defeated UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 17-0 all-time...Took third place in the A Final at the Clemson Invitational with the Second Varsity 8.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Hays attended the 2015 USRowing Junior National Team Development Camp.
CLUB: Hays rowed for Tempe Junior Crew for one year and Row West Racing for two years...Placed third at the 2017 USRowing Club National Championships in the U19 8+...Was a finalist at the 2016 and 2017 USRowing Southwest Youth Championships in the Women's 1x...Was a finalist at the 2016 USRowing Club National Championships in the U19 8+.
