Bio
2022: Outlaw will serve as a backup wide receiver as a redshirt senior in 2022.
2021: Outlaw, a graduate transfer from Virginia in the fall of 2021, joined the Trojans midseason but did not see action as a backup wide receiver as a senior walk-on in 2021.
VIRGINIA: Outlaw sprinted for Virginia’s track team for 4 years (2018-21), with personal bests of 46.13 in the 400 meters (placing third at the 2021 ACC Outdoor Championships) and 21.62 in the 200 meters. He set the school’s 400-meter indoor record of 46.58 at the 2020 ACC Indoor Championships. He was named to the 2021 All-ACC Outdoor first team in the 400 meters (he was second team in the indoor 400 meters in 2020 and 2021).
HIGH SCHOOL: He was a 4-year letterman on the football and track teams at Moorestown (N.J.) High. As a senior wide receiver and running back, he made the 2016 NJ Super 100 team, Philadelphia Inquirer All-South Jersey second team, Courier Post All-South Jersey second team and won the state’s Mini-Maxwell Award. In track, he won the New Jersey state titles in the 400 meters and 400-meter relay and set his schools records in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 1600 meters and 1600-meter relay.
PERSONAL: He received his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Virginia in 2021 and is working on a master’s degree in entrepreneurship at USC with a 3.32 GPA. His father, Bufus (known as Bucky), played football at Howard.
