2024: Lovelace will compete for playing time on the offensive line as a redshirt senior in 2024.
2023: Lovelace saw action in 4 games (San Jose State, Nevada, Stanford and UCLA) as a redshirt senior offense lineman in 2023.
2022: Lovelace saw action on the USC offensive line in 3 games (Rice, Arizona and Colorado) as a redshirt junior in 2022.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: He played center, guard and tackle at Butler Community College in El Dorado (Kan.). He redshirted in 2019, then the 2020 season was canceled due to COVID and he played in 2021 as a redshirt sophomore.
HIGH SCHOOL: He was an offensive lineman as a 2018 senior at Shawnee Mission (Kan.) East High, his only year of high school football.
Before playing football at Shawnee Mission East, he was on the wrestling team.
PERSONAL: He is majoring in Communication at USC. He earned placement on the 2023 Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll.
