LOS ANGELES – The USC baseball team outpaced Tulane in an offensive affair on Saturday afternoon at Dedeaux Field, beating the Green Wave 13-8.

It was the second win of the weekend after the Trojans beat Sacramento State last night. USC improves to 5-4-1 with the victory, while Tulane falls to 1-10 on the year.

The Trojans broke the game open with seven runs in the third inning, erasing a 4-1 deficit to take the lead for good. USC would score five more runs over their last four innings to stay in front.

Cole Gabrielson leveled the game with a three-run homer in the third and Austin Overn had a pair of triples and three RBI in the game. Ryan Jackson drove in three runs as well.
