HIGH SCHOOL: Cousineau was named a First Team All-American and Serra League Co-MVP as a senior at Santa Margarita High... Named to CIF Southern Section Division I First Team as a senior and junior... Named team Defensive MVP her senior year and was captain of the water polo and swim teams... Set Santa Margarita records for most steals and assists in a single season... A four-year varsity swimmer and water polo player... Named all-league second team as a junior... Team reached the CIF finals twice and semifinal twice... Plays club for SoCal Water Polo, winning the Junior Nationals in 2005... Placed second at the Junior Olympics with Long Beach Shore in 2002... Named 2005 English Senior of the Year.
