2021-22 SEASON: Claudia Cabula enters her senior season on the USC women's rowing team.
2020-21 SEASON: Cabula competed in six races during her junior season… Helped the Varsity 8+ defeat San Diego State in a dual…Competed with the Varsity 8+ at the Lake Las Vegas Pac-12 Invitational…Finished in third at the Dexter Lake Invitational with the Varsity 8+… Placed seventh at the Pac-12 Championships with the Varsity 8+.
2019-20 SEASON: Cabula competed in two races during her sophomore season….The 2019-20 rowing season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic….She placed third in the Women’s Open 2- at the San Diego Fall Classic…She also raced with the Varsity 8 at the Lake Las Vegas Invitational where her boat placed second behind Washington.
2018-19 SEASON: Cabula made an instant impact as a freshman in the Trojan Varsity 8 boat...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships... Defeated UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 18-0 all-time…Help the Varsity 8 place first in the B Final at the Longhorn Invitational...Defeated Virginia in a dual as a member in the Varsity 8 at the Pac-12 Challenge...Placed second in the Women's Novice Open 8+ at the San Diego Fall Classic...Finished in third place in the Women's Open 4+ at the San Diego Fall Classic.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Cabula rowed for the Italian U19 National Team in 2016 and 2017...She won a bronze medal at the 2016 World Rowing Championships...Placed fifth at the 2016 European Championship...Claimed fifth place at the 2017 World Rowing Championships.
CLUB: Cabula rowed for Circolo Canottieri Sannio Bosa from 2012-2016, Canottieri Moltrasio in 2016 and Cus Torino in 2018.
HIGH SCHOOL: On her high school rowing team in Italy, Cabula won the Bronze Star at Athletic Value in 2018 and was a four-time Italian national champion.
PERSONAL: Claudia Cabula was born on August 5, 1999...Daughter of Angelo Cadula and Beata Gliszczynska...Has one brother, Stefan..Her favorite food is pasta alla carbonara...Her favorite movie is Shutter Island...Has always wanted to go skydiving and on a safari in Africa...Is majoring in international relations.
