Mosley, a four-star recruit, is rated as the No. 22 player in the state of California by ESPN, No. 27 by 247Sports and No. 34 by Rivals. He is touted as the No. 33 wide receiver in the country by ESPN, No. 43 by 247Sports and No. 68 by Rivals. He is a 2026 Navy All-American Bowl invitee. He is nationally ranked 201st on the ESPN 300 List.
As a senior in 2025, he tallied 47 receptions for 648 yards (13.8 avg.) and 4 TDs. He also recorded 31 carries for 197 yards (6.4 avg.) and 9 TDs. He had 7 punt returns for 83 yards (11.9 avg.). He helped Santa Margarita with the CIF Southern Section Division 1 Championship under first year head coach, former USC Heisman winner, Carson Palmer. Mosley set a new school record for career receptions with 217. Prior to the season, he was named to the 2025 Preseason All-CIF Southern Section Team, the 2025 Cal-Hi Sports Preseason All-State First Team, the 2025 The Sporting News Preseason All-State First Team, the 2025 Cal-Hi Sports Preseason All-Orange County Team, the 2025 MaxPreps Preseason All-America Second Team, the 2025 PrepRedzone All-Southern California Preseason Team and the 2025 SI/SBLive All-CIF Southern Section Preseason Team.
As a junior in 2024, he recorded 61 receptions for 908 yards (14.9 avg.) and 8 TDs. He rushed for 102 yards on 21 carries (4.9 avg.) with 7 TDs. He had 2 kickoff returns for 39 yards (19.5 avg.) and 3 punt returns for 101 yards (33.7 avg.). He was named to the 2024 PrepRedzone All-Southern California Junior Team, the 2024 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Elite Second Team, the 2024 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Junior First Team, 2024 All-CIF-Southern Section First Team, the 2024 The Sporting News California All-State Second Team, the 2024 SI/SBLive All-CIF Southern Section First Team, the 2024 All-Orange County First Team and the 2024 All-Trinity League First Team. As a sophomore in 2023, he tallied 81 receptions for 1,282 yards (15.8 avg.) with 11 TDs. He rushed for 270 yards on 48 carries (5.6 avg.) with 15 TDs. He had 1 passing completion for 2 yards. Defensively, he had 23 tackles and 1 INT. He recorded 14 kickoff returns for 331 yards (23.6 avg.) and 5 punt returns for 21 yards (4.2 avg.).He was named to the 2023 MaxPreps Sophomore All-America First Team, the 2023 All-Orange County First Team, the 2023 PrepRedzone All-Southern California Sophomore Team, the 2023 SI/SBLive All-State Team, the 2023 SI/SBLive All-Southern Section Team, the 2023 All-CIF-Southern Section First Team and the 2023 MaxPreps All-State Second Team. He was selected as the 2023 Trinity League’s Co-Most Valuable Player, Santa Margarita’s Most Valuable Player and the 2023 Cal-Hi Sports State Sophomore Player of the Year. Prior to the season, he was named to the 2023 Cal-Hi Sports Preseason All-Orange County Second Team.
As a freshman in 2022, he had 28 receptions for 409 yards (14.9 avg.) and 3 TDs. He rushed for 270 yards on 48 carries (5.7 avg.). On special teams, he recorded 10 kickoff returns for 209 yards (20.9 avg.) and 9 punt returns for 118 yards (13.1 avg.). He was selected to the 2022 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Frosh Watch List and to the 2022 All-Trinity League Second Team.
Mosley also played lacrosse in high school and scored 15 goals and had 5 assists through 11 games in his first year playing lacrosse in 2024.
Mosley’s older brother, Emmett, is a wide receiver at Texas. His older sister, Jalyn, played soccer at Iowa. Both of his parents attended Notre Dame with his father, Emmett Sr., playing on the football team and his mother, Cindy, starring on the soccer team, winning the Herman Trophy, which goes to the nation's top soccer player.
