HEAR FROM THE LINEUP:
Graduate Senior Luke Stock: "It was definitely nice to get that finish at the Cowboy Classic. To go out there and play well makes me feel good about my game for the rest of the season. But we have to keep doing the same thing, keep working hard and taking one tournament at a time."
Junior Nicolas Dominguez: "Every course presents itself with new challenges, and I feel that if I focus on my routines and execute shots, it will be a good week for me. We've been working on the little things and more of the mental side of the game, both individually and as a team."
Sophomore Jaden Dumdumaya: "In tournaments like these, I'm in a flow state where everything's working how it should be and my focus is at a different level. It seems like in these events where there are a lot of opportunities on the line, I really rise up to the occasion. I've been looking forward to this event with all the things that have happened this year."
Sophomore Jack Buchanan: "I love playing in big tournaments like these, so I'm feeling good going into it. I tend to play better in bigger tournaments, because I know that subconsciously there's more on the line and I kind of lock in more. It's really cool that it's being televised, too. There's a lot of hype around the tournament, and I'm sure if we just try to eliminate all the hype that's out there about the tournament, we're going to do well."
Freshman Raghav Gulati: "I've practiced a lot of putting and a lot of short game. I think I've seen a lot of improvements around the greens for myself. This season has been a great experience so far and I've definitely learned a lot in the last couple of events. I'll be happy if I wrap up the regular season with a top-20 finish."
