June 10, 2026 | Men's Golf
The sophomore put together one of the nation’s best campaigns by an underclassman this season.
NORMAN, Okla. — Sophomore Jaden Dumdumaya of the USC Men's Golf Team earned PING All-American Honorable Mention honors, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Wednesday, June 10.
This is Dumdumaya's first career All-American honor and the program's first All-American under Head Coach Mark Hankins. He is USC's first All-American since Justin Suh and Kaito Onishi were named to the first team and honorable mention list, respectively, in 2019. Additionally, he was one of three players from the Big Ten to earn All-American status; all three representatives from the league made the honorable mention list.
In his breakout sophomore season, Dumdumaya led USC to four wins and its first NCAA Championship appearance in seven years. He was named the Big Ten Player of the Year and won the Les Bolstad Award for the Big Ten player with the lowest stroke average. The sophomore from Benecia, Calif. led the team with a 71.06 stroke average, plus he tied the second-lowest round in school history twice with 63s at the Trinity Forest and Valspar Collegiate Invitationals. He led the team with nine top-25 finishes and five top-10 finishes.
Earlier this offseason, he earned a spot on the PING All-West Region team for the first time in his career. Dumdumaya is expected to be one of four players returning to the Trojans to build upon their historic season in 2026-27.
A total of 30 players were honorable mention selections.
