Incoming Trojan Jazzy Davidson Selected As 2025 McDonald’s All-American

With over 2,000 career points scored in high school, Davidson joins elite company with her selection to the McDonald’s All-American game.
USC women's basketball's recent signee, Jazzy Davidson, has earned her place at the prestigious McDonald's All-American game. Ranked as the No. 3 recruit in the nation, Davidson was selected as a McDonald's All-American today (Jan. 27) as she has shined in her senior season at Clackamas High School in Oregon.
The 2024 Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year as a junior, the 6-foot-1 left-handed guard/forward recently became the all-time scoring leader for 6A girls basketball in Oregon as she continues to add to her 2,000 career points scored in her high school career. Currently averaging 28.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.6 steals and 2.3 blocks per game for her Clackamas High squad, Davidson also was just selected to the 2025 USA Women's Nike Hoop Summit.
USC women's basketball is getting another injection of high-level talent with the signing of Jazzy Davidson to join the Women of Troy as a freshman for 2025-26, head coach Lindsay Gottlieb announced today (Nov. 13). The Oregon native is the No. 3 recruit in the nation and has been a member of Team USA's U18 National Teams.
A semifinalist for the 2023-24 Naismith Trophy High School Girls Basketball Player of the Year as a junior, she also has been a member of Team USA's U18 National Teams. This past summer ,she was a member of the United States' gold-medalist U18 team at the 2024 FIBA U18 AmeriCup alongside two current USC freshmen — Kayleigh Heckel and Kennedy Smith — who also were McDonald's All-Americans before entering USC.
In August, Davidson also was named to the 2024 USA 3x3 Women's U18 National Team, winning gold again with Team USA at the 2024 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup.
Davidson joins a long line of decorated high school players who carried McDonald's All-American status into their USC careers. Heckel, Smith and Avery Howell are USC's more recent honorees from 2024, while JuJu Watkins, Aaliyah Gayles, Clarice Akunwafo, Rayah Marshall and Kiki Iriafen are also current Trojans who were McDonald's All-Americans.
