ROSEMONT, Ill. - In conjunction with the Big Ten Conference, the University of Southern California women's basketball program announced Monday (June 8) the home and away designations for the upcoming 2026-27 conference season. The conference season will again consist of 18 games.
Each team will play 16 single-game opponents (eight home/eight away) and one home and away opponent. USC will face crosstown rival UCLA in its one home-and-home series.
USC will host Illinois, Northwestern, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, Minnesota and Nebraska. The Trojans will face Indiana, Purdue, Iowa, Wisconsin, Maryland, Rutgers, Washington and Oregon on the road.
USC's 2026-27 roster is positioned as one of the nation's deepest and most talented, highlighted by the return of JuJu Watkins, the 2024-25 consensus National Player of the Year and 2025-26 National Freshman of the Year Jazzy Davidson, who led the Trojans in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks last season. Junior Kennedy Smith returns after earning All-Big Ten Defensive Team honors, while USC adds the nation's No. 1 recruit in Saniyah Hall and welcomes the long-awaited debuts of Sitaya Fagan and Sara Okeke.
