Eleven Trojans Earn MPSF Women’s Water Polo All-Academic Scholar-Athlete Status

All 11 Trojans boast cumulative GPAs of 3.0 or better while having competed in at least 50 percent of USC's 2023 season.
USC women's water polo has scored 11 Trojans on the MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete list for the 2023 season. All 11 Trojans boast cumulative GPAs of 3.0 or better while having competed in at least 50 percent of USC's 2023 season, in which the Trojans were a perfect 6-0 in the MPSF regular season and reached the NCAA title match for the sixth time in the past seven competitions.
For super seniors Grace Tehaney and Bayley Weber, they close out their USC careers with their fourth set of MPSF Scholar-Athlete honors. Claire Haas and Carolyne Stern, meanwhile, are now three-time honorees. A second set of Scholar-Athlete honors go to Christina Crum, Paige Hauschild, Julia Janov and Tilly Kearns, while Emma Lawson, Hannah Meyer and Isabel Zimmerman have their first accolades in their first seasons of eligibility for the conference's academic award.
In order to be eligible for MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete awards, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and have completed one full academic year at their institution prior to the season.
