Bryce Martin-Grudzielanek, Nick Lopez Homer Late to Power USC Baseball Past Marist, 8-6

The Trojans jumped out to an early 5-0 lead, but Marist capitalized on USC miscues in the top of the sixth to score six runs and take the lead. The Trojans bounced right back in the bottom half of the inning, getting a two-run shot from Grudzielanek and a solo-homer from Lopez.
Garrett Clarke picked up the win with 1.2 innings pitched, bouncing back from three unearned runs in the sixth to toss a scoreless seventh. Toby Spach worked around a lone hit to toss a scoreless eighth and then Kyle Wisch picked up the save, retiring the side in order in the 9th.
