USC Women's Volleyball Hosts Trojan Challenge at Galen Center

LOS ANGELES - The USC women's volleyball team (5-3) returns home after consecutive weekends on the road to host the Trojan Challenge at Galen Center this week (Sept. 15-18). The Women of Troy welcome New Mexico State (6-2), Milwaukee (1-7), and San Jose State (4-3) as they seek to extend on a four-match home win streak. USC is 3-0 at home in 2022 and has its eyes set on the program's 1,100th all-time victory. The Trojans' record currently sits at 1,099-407.

Sr. OH Skylar Fields was named Pac-12 Preseason All-Conference. She ranks third in the league at 4.10 kills per set and fourth in points (4.52 pps).
So. S Mia Tuaniga was named the 2021 AVCA Pacific South Region's Freshman of the Year. She leads the Pac-12 in assists (10.90 aps) and is tied for fourth in service aces (0.45 saps).
Fr. LIB Gala Trubint ranks fifth in the Pac-12 in digs (3.52 dps).
