USC Swimming and Diving Hosts Pac-12 Rivals Arizona State, Arizona

The No. 17 USC men's and No. 8 USC women's swimming and diving teams will be in action this weekend as they host Pac-12 rivals Arizona State on Friday (Nov. 4) at 1 p.m. and Arizona on Saturday (Nov. 5) at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.

This weekend, USC's diving team will make their highly anticipated 2022-23 season debut against the Sun Devils (Nov. 4) and Wildcats (Nov. 5). The Trojan divers will compete in both springboard events.

SCOUTING ARIZONA STATE

The No. 5 ASU (3-1) men's swimming and diving team features a deadly one-two punch in NCAA standouts Léon Marchand and Grant House. The two have combined to go a perfect 11-for-11 in individual races they've competed in this season.
During the off-season, ASU picked up a handful of talent – including USC transfer Daniel Matheson.
ASU women's swimming and diving is unranked and 0-4 on the season.

SCOUTING ARIZONA

Both Arizona squads are 2-1 on the season.
Saturday's meet will mark the first time USC and Arizona cross paths since Trojan associate head coach Pete Richardson, assistant coach Brooks Fail and transfer Aria Bernal arrived at USC.
Diving standout Delaney Schnell is back for Arizona this season, coming off a 2022 season that included two Pac-12 titles and All-American honors.
