
USC Men's Volleyball Plays Final Regular Season Home Matches This Week Versus No. 5 Pepperdine, No. 3 UCLA

THE FACTSÂ
The USC men's volleyball team (6-16 overall, 2-6 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation) plays its final regular season home matches this week when it hosts No. 5 Pepperdine (13-6, 6-3) on Thursday (March 29) and then No. 3 UCLA (19-5, 7-2) on Saturday (March 31) in a pair of MPSF contests both at 7 p.m. PT in the Galen Center. The UCLA match, which will have Crosstown Cup points on the line, will be shown live on Pac-12 Network and Pac-12 Los Angeles, with Kevin Barnett mikeside.Â

USC is not ranked in the current AVCA Division I-II Top 15 poll. Pepperdine is No. 5 and UCLA is No. 3.Â
OPPONENTSÂ
Pepperdine leads the series with USC, 65-41, and the Waves won the most recent meeting, 3-2 last month in Malibu. USC trails in its series against UCLA, 96-42, and the Bruins have won the last 5 meetings, including 3-0 last month in Westwood. UCLA hosts non-conference opponent UC Santa Barbara on Wednesday (March 28) before visiting USC.
