Jenna Adams is a senior libero and defensive specialist for the Women of Troy.

Adams did not play her junior season due to recovery from injury.

2017
As a sophomore, Adams appeared in 35 matches and started 25 times… played 135 of 136 possible sets and collected 232 digs (1.72 dps) to rank fourth on the team in digs… recorded 21 service aces (0.16 saps) to rank third on the team… also scored two kills, one on a pipe attack out of the back row at Utah (Oct. 22)… posted a career-high 27 digs at Washington (Oct. 27).

2016 OHIO STATE
As a freshman, Adams appeared in six matches and played in six sets as a defender for the Buckeyes.

HIGH SCHOOL
Adams was a four-year letterwinner and served as captain for Saint Francis HS (Calif.)… named First Team All-West Catholic Athletic League (WCAL)… led her squad in both kills and digs… as a sophomore, was named the only non-senior starter the Lancers… also excelled as a sprinter for the track team, advancing to the state finals to win the WCAL 300m individual title… chosen as the 2016 Senior Class Outstanding Athlete… graduated summa cum laude.

Adams played for Vision Volleyball Club and helped her team qualify for the USAV Nationals each year… led her team to four top-10 finishes in the Open Division.

Jenna Marie Adams was born on April 9, 1998, in San Francisco, Calif.… parents are Lori and Jeff Adams… has two sisters, Katherine and Abigail, and a brother, James… grandfather Glen Almquist played football at UCLA; uncle Chris Almquist played water polo at Pepperdine; and uncle Scott Almquist played golf for San Diego State… received her bachelor’s degree in business administration in May 2019… currently pursuing a master of science in finance at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
