HIGH SCHOOL: Adams received USA Swimming Scholastic All-America honors while swimming for Tualatin Hills Swim Club and Lincoln High school ... She placed 3rd in the 200m breaststroke (2:30.97) and 11th in the 200m IM (2:18.15 at the 2022 Speedo Junior National Championships ... Adams was also a four-time finalist at the 2022 Speedo Sectionals, winning first in the 200Y breaststroke (2:10.28), 4th in the 200Y IM (2:01.16), 6th in the 100Y breaststroke (1:02.79) and 8th in the 400Y IM (4:22.95).

- At Pac-12’s, Adams reached the A final in the 200y breaststroke, finishing 7th in 2:12.45. She was also 12th in the 200y IM (1:58.99) and 10th in the 100y breaststroke (1:01.18).
