HIGH SCHOOL: The New Zealand native prepped at the Diocesan School for Girls and trained with the United Swimming Club … Represented Auckland Swimming at the Victoria Age Group Championships in 2020 … Finished second in the 200 back and third in the 100 fly at the 2021 New Zealand Olympic Trials … In 2019, Waldow won three New Zealand Age Group Championships titles, taking wins in the 50 back, 100 back and 100 flyÂ

PERSONAL: Born March 3, 2003 to parents Heather Smith and John Waldow. Both parents were water polo players and mom, Heather, was on the Canadian National water polo team that earned a silver medal the 1991 World Championships. Waldow is a senator for the Trojan Athletic Senate.

2022-23 SEASON:
- At Pac-12’s, Waldow placed 24th in the 100y fly (54.69), 21st in the 200y backstroke (1:58.67) and 24th in the 200y fly (2:04.50).
- Named to Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor RollÂ
2021-22 SEASON:Â
- Waldow scored at the Pac-12 Championships as a true freshman, finishing 16th in the 200y fly (2:03.97). She was also 22nd in the 100y fly (54.44) and 23rd in the 200y back (1:58.82) at the ChampionshipsÂ
- Finished second in the 200y back (2:03.72) and third in the 200y fly (2:06.63) during a USC vs. UCSD dual meet (1/15)Â
- Against Arizona (11/5), Waldow was third in the 200y back (2:03.07) and fourth in the 200y fly (2:04.88)
