2021-22 SEASON: Anicka Mackova enters her senior season on the USC women's rowing team.
2020-21 SEASON: Mackova competed in one race during her junior season… Placed seventh at the Pac-12 Championships with the Second Varsity 8+.
2019-20 SEASON: Mackova competed in three races during her sophomore season….The 2019-20 rowing season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic….She placed third in the Women’s Open 1x at the San Diego Fall Classic…At the same regatta, her boat placed fifth in the Women’s Open 4+…She also competed with the Varsity 4 at the Lake Las Vegas Invitational where her boat placed second behind Washington.
2018-19 SEASON: Mackova rowed with the Varsity 4 during her freshman season...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships... Helped USC to beat UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 18-0 all-time…Placed third in the B Final with the Varsity 4 at the Longhorn Invitational...Defeated Iowa and Wisconsin in duals at the Pac-12 Challenge.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Rowed for the Czech Junior National team...Competed at the 2020 European Rowing Under 23 Championships in Duisburg, Germany where she placed fifth in the A Final of the Women’s 8…Won the World Rowing Junior Championships in 2016 and 2017 while competing in the 8+...Placed and she competed in the European Rowing Junior Championship and won 7th place.
CLUB: Mackova rowed for CAC Roudnice for three years, KVM 1881 for five years and CVK Prague for one year. She won the Czech National Championships multiple times.
PERSONAL: Anna-Marie Mackova was born on May 12, 1999...Daughter of Pavel Macek and Hana Mackova...Has a brother, Matyas and has two sisters, Karolina and Rozalie.
