As a sophomore, Karahalios appeared in six games and finished the season with one ground ball and one draw control, each collected in USC’s 15-4 win over New Hampshire (March 13).

As a freshman, Karahalios appeared in five games and finished with one ground ball and a caused turnover.

Karahalios was a three-year letter winner at Lake Forest High School… a U.S. Lacrosse All-America honorable mention selection as a senior… made the U.S. Women’s National Team for Illinois/Wisconsin during her sophomore and junior years… All-Illinois second team as a senior and All-State honorable mention as a sophomore and junior… named All-IHSWLA first-team three times (2013-15)… earned Academic All-America honors as a junior and senior and was an AP Scholar… played seven years with Lakeshore Lacrosse Club.
