2025: Kicked off the season at the TTU Red Raider Invitational (Jan. 24), achieving first place in the 600y with a time of 1:18.55…Took home gold in the 400m at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic 2025 ( Feb. 8)...Won the Big Ten 4x400 Indoor title with the relay team…Started the outdoor season with a 4x400 win at the Trojan Invite (Mar. 22)...Ran a new career-high in the 200m in 23.15 at the Battle at the Beach (Apr. 4)...Achieved four first-place finishes with the 4x400 relay team, including the Big Ten Outdoor title…Took home silver in the 400m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 18)...Ran a career-best time of 50.79 in the 400m at the NCAA West Region First Round (May 31)...Earned bronze with the 4x400 relay team at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2023: Won two medals at the 2023 World Athletics Championship, first she earned a silver medal as the anchor for Great Britain’s mixed 4x400m relay which ran 3:11.19 to set a national record and then earned a bronze medal as part of Great Britain’s women’s 4x400m relay...Won the European U23 Championships 400m title with a PR of 51.04 which ranks ninth on USC’s all-time outdoor list...Placed third in the 400m with a time of 51.61 at the British Athletics Championships on July 9...Placed 12th in the 400m at the NCAA Championships to earn second-team All-America honors with a time of 51.42 on June 8...Set the USC freshman 400m record of 50.20 in the NCAA Quarterfinals, which teammate Christine M. Mallard surpassed during the summer...Placed third in the 400m (52.52) at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet and fifth in the 400m (51.83) at the Pac-12 Championships…Ran the second leg for USC’s 4x400m relay which won the Pac-12 title...Paced ninth in the 400m at the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 9 to earn second-team All-America honors with a USC freshman record time of 51.90.
