HIGH SCHOOL: Watson was named a 2013 All-American out of Corona del Mar High in Newport Beach, Calif.... Was named league’s defensive MVP in 2012 and 2013... A first-team all-league pick in 2013 and a second-team selection in 2013... Named to Newport Mesa Dream Team by the Daily Pilot in 2013... Team won 2011 CIF Championship... Finished high school career with 45 goals and 25 drawn ejections... Played club for CDM Grey... Was the 2012-13 Director of Communications at his high school.
PERSONAL: Watson has not decided on a major... Parents are James and Kimberly... Has one brother, Chasen and one sister, Chrissy... Brother Chasen also played water polo at USC... His father James and uncles Steve and Dan Watson also attended USC... Enjoys fishing, surfing, skimboarding and dancing in his free time... Lists Steve Nash as his biggest sports hero... Has always wanted to skydive and own a pet chinchilla... Hopes to travel to Saint-Tropez, Mykonos and Rio de Janeiro... Born July 13, 1995.
