HIGH SCHOOL: Dillard was a two-time California CIF State Champion in the 100y breast while prepping at Oak Ridge High School. At the 2019 CIF State Championships, Dillard touched in 52.74 to repeat as State Champion in the 100y breast and finished second in the 200y IM (1:46.14) … At the 2019 Speedo Winter Senior Championship West, Dillard won both the 100y (52.99) and 200y breast (1:54.74), and was fifth in the 200y IM (1:46.63) ...Two-time NISCA All-American
PERSONAL: Dillard is pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship after earning his Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2024

DILLARD'S BEST TIMES:
- All-Big Ten First Team
- Big Ten Champion (800y Free Relay)
- At the 2025 Big Ten Championships, Dillard was sixth in the 200y breast (1:52.69), eighth in the 100y breast (52.27/52.29) and 13th in the 200y IM (1:43.49/1:43.99). He also helped USC to a Big Ten title in the 800y freestyle relay, swimming the third leg of the race. Dillard also swam on USC’s 400y free relay (third leg) which finished fifth.
- Also helped USC to a school record in the 800y free relay at the Big Ten Championships.
- At NCAA’s, Dillard was 26th in the 100y breast (51.87) and 27th in the 200y breast (1:53.56). He also helped USC to CSCAA Honorable mention honors in the 800y free relay as the quartet finished 12th (swam third leg).

2023-24 SEASON:
- As an individual at the NCAA Championships, Dillard finished 26th in the 200y breaststroke (1:54.40), 37th in the 100y breaststroke (52.88) and 43rd in the 200y IM (1:45.01)
- At the Pac-12 Championships, Dillard finished 6th in the 200y breaststroke (1:53.27), 14th in the 100y breaststroke ( 52.97) and 20th in the 200y IM (1:46.30). He also helped USC to a 5th place finish in the 400y medley relay
- CSCAA Scholar All-American
2022-23 SEASON:
- At Pac-12’s, Dillard placed 21st in the 200y IM (1:45.41), 11th in the 100y breaststroke (52.64) and 6th in the 200y breaststroke (1:52.77). He also helped USC to a 5th-place finish in the 400y free relay.
2021-22 SEASON:
- At the NCAA Championships, finished 36th in the 100-yard Breaststroke (53.22) and 38th in the 200-yard Breaststroke (1:55.43)
- At Pac-12’s, Dillard posted three top-15 finishes as he placed 6th in the 100-yard Breaststroke (52.44/52.51), 7th in the 200-yard Breaststroke (1:53.77/1:53.14) and 14th in the 200-yard IM (1:44.42/1:45.30)
- Broke Steven Stumph's 200y breast USC school record set in 2015, with a personal best time of 1:52.44 at the Art Adamson Invitational. With his time, Dillard became the fastest 200y breast stroker in the country (at that point in the season)
- Pac-12 Swimmer of the Month (Nov. 2021)
2020-21 SEASON:
- Did not compete during the 2020-21 season - COVID related.
- At the 2021 Speedo Championships West in Irvine, Dillard posted a 2:12.17 in the men’s 200m breaststroke to lower the previous Trojan record (2:12.99) set in 2015 by Steven Stumph. He was also third in the 100m breast, posting a 1:02.32
