2012: He is a reserve walk-on defensive tackle as a senior in 2012 after being the NCAA granted his petition for a sixth year of eligibility because of injuries earlier in his career.
2011: He was a reserve walk-on defensive tackle as a senior in 2011. He appeared briefly in 4 games in 2012 (Syracuse, Arizona State, Colorado, Washington), but he did not make a tackle.
2010: He joined the USC team in the spring of 2010 as a junior walk-on tight end, but did not see any action in 2010.
San Diego State: He redshirted as a 2007 freshman quarterback at San Diego State.
High School: He attended Whitfield High School, but competed in football, basketball and baseball for La Jolla (Calif.) Country Day as a 2006 senior...He was a 2-time All-League first team in baseball.
Personal: He is a business administration major at USC with a B- average (2.78 GPA). His father, Michael, played football at Clarion University.
