2015: Bassler will serve as a reserve walk-on redshirt freshman offensive tackle in 2015.
2014: Bassler redshirted as a reserve walk-on freshman offensive tackle in 2014, his first year at USC.
HIGH SCHOOL: Bassler played offensive tackle at Corona del Mar High in Newport Beach. As a 2013 senior, he helped Corona del Mar go 16-0, win its third straight CIF Southern Division title and capture the CIF State Division III Bowl.
He also was on the basketball and track teams at Corona del Mar. Current Trojan Alex Moore also prepped at Corona del Mar.
