2023: Dewerk will compete to get into the offensive line playing rotation as a redshirt junior in 2023.
2022: Dewerk saw action in 1 game (Colorado) as a redshirt sophomore in 2022.

HIGH SCHOOL: He made 2019 PrepStar All-Western Region, Cal-Hi Sports All-State second team, Cal-Hi Sports All-State Medium Schools first team and All-Bay Area as a senior offensive and defensive lineman at Los Gatos (Calif.) High. He had 17 tackles and 2 deflections in 2019. Los Gatos won the 2019 CIF Central Coast Division II championship.
As a 2018 junior, he had 4 tackles. He had 22 tackles, with 1 for a loss, and blocked a field goal as a 2017 sophomore.
