At USC:
Taylor Seamans begins her first season of running cross country for USC.
High School:
Seamans is a 2015 graduate of Torrey Pines High in San Diego, Calif. She competed on the varsity cross-country team all four years and helped her team win three CIF Division 1 section titles. She had a best 5K cross country time of 19:09.00 at the 2014 Stanford Invitational to place 44th. In track, she has an 800m best time of 2:15.28 and placed fifth at the CIF San Diego Section finals with a time of 2:18.21. She was also a member of National Honors Society, CSF and an AP Scholar with Distinction.
Personal:
Taylor was born on Aug. 14, 1997 in Solana Beach, Calif...Her parents are Mark and Jocelyn Seamans and she has one brother, Garrett....Volunteers for the National Charity League Del Norte...Likes to play the guitar and piano and paint in her spare time...Her favorite movie is 500 Days of Summer, and favorite musical artists are Chet Faker and Vance Joy...Lists enchiladas and watermelon as her favorite foods....Some day would like to travel to Machu Picchu and Italy...She is majoring in Computational Neuroscience at USC.
