At USC:
Mackensie Peace begins her second season or running cross country for USC. 2014: Competed for the first time as a Trojan at the Mustang Challenge on Sept. 20 and placed 78th with a time of 20:32.9. Ran 20:32.00 to place 27th at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on Oct. 9. Also had a time of 21:08.9 to finish 76th at the Highlander Invitational on Oct. 18.
High School:
Peace is a 2014 graduate of Mission Viejo High in Mission Viejo, Calif. She ran cross country as a senior and had a best 3-mile time of 18:55 at the Dana Hills Invitational on Sept. 28. In track, she placed second in the 800m race at the 2014 South Coast League finals with a time of 2:16.81. Her 800m PR is 2:16.12 set at the 2011 South Coast League finals. Has a best 400m time of 57.2. Was All-County in the 4x400m as a senior and was also All-County as a junior. She maintained a 4.5 GPA and ranked in the top 10 percent of her class.

Mackensie was born on May 12, 1996 in Kirkland, Wash...Her parents are Jonathan and Daphne Peace and she has one sibling, Madison...Mackensie is active in the community in the National Charity League and received a Presidential Service Award for more than 300 hours of community service...Her hobbies include watching shark videos, playing Call of Duty and Soduko...Says her favorite foods are steak, bread and sushi...Her favorite movies are Transformers and Big Hero 6, her favorite actors are Brad Pitt and Channing Tatum and her favorite musical artist is Big Sean...List coach David Freeman as her sports hero for his great personality and Olympic experience...After USC would like to make money, travel to Mars and become the first person to live on that planet...She is a Gerontology major at USC.
