Martin Butterick enters his 13th year as the director of operations for USC baseball heading into the 2021 season.
Butterick manages all operational processes for the program, including team travel, equipment, budgeting and purchasing, athletic compliance, game-day logistics, office management, running camps and serving as the primary liaison for Trojan baseball families, alumni and other supporters. He and his team also contribute to the annual plans for marketing and social media, and handle any other issues that may arise.
Butterick graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications from UC San Diego, before also earning an MBA and doctorate in educational psychology from USC.
