- Won gold with Australia at the 2025 FIBA U17 Women’s Oceania Cup
- Named MVP at the 2025 FIBA U17 Women’s Oceania Cup after averaging 12.3 points and 5.3 rebounds, helping her team reach the gold medal game
- Won silver with Australia at the 2025 FIBA U19 World Cup
- Helped Australia finish 5th at the 2024 FIBA U17 Women’s Basketball World Cup
- Won gold with Australia at the 2023 FIBA U16 Women’s Asian Championship 2023 Division A

Sitaya “Tay” Fagan was born March 24, 2008 in Melbourne, Australia … Daughter of Philip Fagan and Kirsten Fagan (Geppert)… Tay’s mother, Kirsten Fagan (Geppert), played basketball at the University of Texas at San Antonio and later attended Texas A&M, where she completed her master’s degree while doing a graduate assistantship in the basketball program … Tay’s father, Philip Fagan, was an elite athlete as an accomplished European and Australian boxer and kickboxer … Majoring in Psychology
