USC-Nebraska Women’s Volleyball Match Date Change

The Women of Troy will host the defending co-Big Ten champion Huskers on November 16 at Galen Center
LOS ANGELES – The USC women's volleyball match with defending co-Big Ten champion Nebraska will now be played on Sunday, Nov. 16, at noon PT, the teams announced on Thursday, July 31.
Previously scheduled for Nov. 15, the contest was pushed back one day due to scheduling conflicts. The Trojans and the Huskers will meet at Galen Center for the first time and be shown live on a Big Ten Plus stream.
USC is 5-3 all-time against the Huskers and faced Nebraska as part of the same conference for the first time in 2024. The Cornhuskers defeated the Trojans in straight sets in Lincoln in that meeting. The two programs combine to own 11 national titles. USC has won six championships (3 AIAW, 3 NCAA) while Nebraska has won five NCAA crowns, most recently in 2017.
The Women of Troy open their sixth season under head coach Brad Keller on Friday (Aug. 29) with a home match against Denver at Galen Center. USC clashes with the Pioneers at 7 p.m. PT in a home opener that will be shown on B1G+. The Trojans then face Loyola Marymount on Sunday (Aug. 31) in their first road match. USC hosts the Trojan Invitational at Galen Center (Sept. 5-7) with Creighton, UC Santa Barbara, and San Diego visiting for a six-match tourney.
