USC Track and Field Earns Academic Recognition

The men's track and field team was named the National Scholar Team of the Year.

NEW ORLEANS – The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced the teams and individuals who received recognition for their work on the track and in the classroom for the 2025 season. For USC Track and Field, both the men's and women's teams received recognition along with 19 student-athletes.

For the team awards, the men came out with the highest honor as they were named the National Scholar Team of the Year while the women received USTFCCCA All-Academic honors. This award is given to teams that have above a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

For the individuals, the student-athletes must have at least a 3.25 cumulative GPA and must have either competed in any round of the NCAA Outdoor National Championships or finished in the Top 48 in their region at the end of the season. For USC, that led to 19 student-athletes from both the men's and women's teams who landed on this list. The Trojans who met these qualifications were:
