USC falls to 9-4 overall and 0-1 in conference action with the loss. Oregon improves to 12-2, 1-0.
The Ducks scored in each of the first five innings, putting up three runs in the second to grab the early lead. USC managed single runs in the third and fourth, getting an RBI double from Bryce Martin-Grudzielanek and a sacrifice fly from Dean Carpentier.
The Trojan bullpen held Oregon scoreless over the final four innings of play, with five USC pitchers giving up just two hits to close out the game.
