LOS ANGELES – USC Men's Basketball (3-0) returns to the Galen Center to take on the Troy Trojans on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. These two teams only played each other once back in 2016, when USC won 82-77.

The Trojans got out of the gate quickly in their victory over Illinois State at the Intuit Dome with a 9-0 run across five minutes in the first half. The second half was a defensive battle as the Trojans relied on significant blocks and steals to pull ahead. USC ultimately defeated Illinois State by a score of 87-67. Rodney Rice had a historic night with just the second triple-double in USC history, recording 21 points, a career-high 10 rebounds and a career-high 10 assists. Chad Baker-Mazara put up 18 points to surpass 1,200 career points, while Gabe Dynes contributed 14 points, three blocks and a career-high three assists.
