No. 17 USC Leads the Way Entering Second Day of Competition at Pac-12 Men’s Swimming Championships

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – No. 17 USC men's swimming team wrapped up the first evening of competition at the 2024 Pac-12 Men's Swimming Championships with a pair of fifth-place relay finishes.

Through one evening of competition, USC currently sits in first place with 183 points (125 coming from diving last week).

Troy opened the meet with a fifth-place finish in 200y medley relay as Vaggelis Makrygiannis, Chris O'Grady, and Artem Selin combined to clock a season-best time of 1:25.84.

USC was also fifth in the 800y freestyle relay as Krzysztof Chmielewski, Makyrgiannis, Sanberk Oktar and Ian Pickles swam a season best 6:20.70.
