USC Baseball Drops 8-7 Decision to UC Irvine

The Trojans move to 3-1 on the season with the loss, while UC Irvine improves to 4-0.
The lead changed hands four times on the evening, with the Anteaters getting three runs in the eighth to take the lead for good. USC scored a run in the ninth, but weren't able to complete the comeback.
Bryce Martin-Grudzielanek drove in four runs, including hitting a three-run double in the fifth inning to tie the game at 4-4. Carson Wells also had two hits and homer in the game.
