No. 8 USC Men’s Swim Set for Two-Day UCSB Invitational

The No. 8 USC men's swim team returns to action this weekend as they travel up the 101 for the two-day, three-session UCSB Invitational, Friday through Saturday (Jan. 28-29) in Santa Barbara, Calif.

So far this season, Troy has faced off against UC Santa Barbara (W, 172-85), Arizona (W, 198-102), Arizona State (W, 155.5-138.5) and UC San Diego (W, 195.5-65.5) posting wins against all four opponents.

While competing against A&M, TCU, Nevada, Air Force, LSU and Incarnate Word, multiple Trojans posted PR's at the Texas mid-season invite, including sophomore Ben Dillard who took the 200y breast in a personal best 1:52.44 to set a USC school record.

Five of the Trojans' relays currently sit in the top-25 -- 400y medley (3:06.12, 9th), 800y free (6:22.24, 10th), 200y medley (1:24.90, 18th), 400y free (2:51.33, 17th) and the men's 200y free relay (1:17.95, 22nd).
