LOS ANGELES--The Women of Troy took to the water for the first time in 2021 on Saturday morning (Feb. 27) in a scrimmage against the Loyola Marymount Lions.
"Overall, the enthusiasm from both teams was great today," said USC head coach Josh Adam. "Being back in racing mode was fantastic, and we saw some good speed in all of the boats.
"In each piece of the race, all of the USC crews were learning and executing a competitive drive better and better. I am even more enthused to get back to practice and elevate the work we are doing there."
Because this race was a scrimmage format, the official times were not recorded. See below for today's boat lineups.
The Women of Troy now turn their attention to preparing for a home dual against San Diego State in the Port of Los Angeles on March 20.
