2019-20 USC Men's Basketball Television Schedule Announced

Nearly every game on the 2019-20 USC men's basketball schedule has been picked up to be televised on one of the ESPN networks, CBS, CBS Sports Network, Fox Sports 1 or the Pac-12 Network, it was announced today (Sept. 12). In addition, all games will be broadcast on USC's new radio flagship station AM 790 KABC Radio, as well as streamed on KABC.com. In addition to KABC, all games are available on the TuneIn Radio app, which is free and available for smart phones (both Apple and Android users). In all, USC is scheduled to face four defending conference champions, play 15 games against teams which reached the 2019 postseason and 14 games against teams which won 20 or more games last season.
USC went 16-17 last season and ranked tops in the Pac-12 in three-point field goal percentage, assist and assist to turnover ratio, while being one of the conference's highest scoring teams. The core four of Jonah Mathews, Nick Rakocevic, Elijah Weaver and Charles O'Bannon Jr. will be joined by nine newcomers which includes one of the top recruiting classes nationally.
USC will have over one third of its games televised on one of the ESPN network platforms, beginning with its first game at the Orlando Invitational on Nov. 28 vs. Fairfield which will air on ESPNU at 1:00 p.m. The next two games in Orlando, Fla. on Nov. 29 vs. either Davidson or Marquette and Dec. 1 against one team from the group of Harvard, Maryland, Temple or Texas A&M will be on either ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN News. Those game times are to be determined.
One of the ESPN platforms is also scheduled to televise the the following games: Jan. 11 at UCLA at 7:00 p.m. (ESPN2), Jan. 23 at Oregon at 8:00 p.m. (ESPNU), Feb. 6 at Arizona at 6:00 p.m. (ESPN2), Feb. 13 vs. Washington at 6:00 p.m. (ESPN or ESPN2), Feb. 20 at Colorado at 6:00 p.m. (ESPN or ESPN2), Feb. 23 at Utah at 3:00 p.m. (ESPNU), Feb. 27 vs. Arizona at 6:00 p.m. (ESPN or ESPN2)and Feb. 29 vs. Arizona State at 5:00 p.m. (ESPN2 or ESPNU).
Five different USC games will be televised on Fox Sports 1, starting with the Hoophall LA game vs. 2019 Sweet 16 team LSU at Staples Center on Dec. 21 at 6:00 p.m. The other Trojan games scheduled on FS1 this season are Jan. 5 at Washington at 7:00 p.m., Jan. 30 vs. Utah at 6:30 p.m., Feb. 1 vs. Colorado at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 8 at Arizona State at 7:00 p.m.
To close out the regular season, USC will host crosstown rival UCLA on March 7 at 12:15 p.m. That game will air on CBS. The Trojans will also appear once on the CBS Sports Network, playing at Nevada on Nov. 16 at 8:00 p.m.
The Pac-12 Network will carry 13 of USC's games this season, including the exhibition game vs. Villanova on Oct. 18 at 8:00 p.m. The 12 regular season games on one of the Pac-12 Network platforms are Nov. 5 vs. Florida A&M at 8:00 p.m., Nov. 8 vs. Portland at 8:00 p.m., Nov. 12 vs. South Dakota State at 7:00 p.m., Nov. 19 vs. Pepperdine at 6:00 p.m., Nov. 22 vs. Temple at 8:00 p.m., Dec. 15 vs. Long Beach State at 3:30 p.m., Dec. 29 vs. FGCU at 7:00 p.m., Jan. 2 at Washington State at 7:30 p.m., Jan. 16 vs. California at 7:30 p.m., Jan. 18 vs. Stanford at 3:30 p.m., Jan. 25 at Oregon State at 2:00 p.m. and Feb. 15 vs. Washington State at 5:00 p.m.
The USC at TCU game on Dec. 6 will be the first game played in Fort Worth, Texas' new multipurpose Dickies Arena. There has not been a network assigned to air the game yet, but the Big 12 will announce its television schedule next week.
The 2020 Pac-12 Tournament will be contested at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. from March 11-14 and all of those games will be televised on either the Pac-12 Network or FS1.
