Three Trojans Named CRCA Scholar Athletes

LOS ANGELES--Three Trojans were named Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) Scholar Athletes on June 27. Krete Koovit, Katarzyna Pilch and Marliis Reinkort were each honored for their success in the classroom. USC now has 43 all-time scholar athlete selections.
This is Koovit's third time winning the award and the second recognition for both Pilch and Reinkort.
In order to be chosen as a CRCA Scholar Athlete, the student-athlete must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher for her career and row in her institution's NCAA eligible boats for a minimum of 75% of the current spring races.
