Wyett, Resnick, Gear Named MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athletes

USC men's volleyball players Jack Wyett, Tyler Resnick and Kyle Gear were named 2019 MPSF All-Academic Scholar Athletes.

It's the second honor for Wyett, who also was recognized in 2018. The senior received his bachelor's degree in communication from USC in the spring of 2018 and is working on a master's degree in business entrepreneurship. He had a 3.04 undergraduate GPA and has a 3.50 graduate GPA. On the court, he made AVCA All-American second team in 2019 and was a 2-time All-MPSF first teamer.

Resnick, also a senior, had a 3.00 GPA as a human biology major.

Gear, a sophomore, owns a 3.10 GPA.
