MATCH NOTES
- USC suffered its first loss of the season and had its 22-match winning streak snapped. It was the longest streak for the Trojans since a 52-match streak that spanned from 2002-2004 and included a perfect 35-0 season.
- USC fell to 39-25 in its all-time series with Washington. The Trojans have not defeated the Huskies in Seattle since 2011.
- Washington improved its winning streak at Alaska Airlines Arena to 26 consecutive victories.
- The Women of Troy fell to 92-9 all-time when ranked No. 1 in the AVCA poll.
- USC was held to its lowest hitting percentage of the season (.147) and was held without a service ace for the first time this season.
- Senior OH Samantha Bricio had 17 kills and 11 digs for her 11th double-double of the season; the 51st of her career. She now has 1,829 career kills and is just 89 kills from matching Alex Jupiter (1,918; 2008-11), the program's record holder.
- Junior libero Taylor Whittingham produced her 11th straight match in double-digit digs and finished with 12. It is her 21st such match of the season.
- Freshman defensive specialist Victoria Garrick had 12 digs for her sixth straight match in double digits. It is her seventh double-digit match in the last 10 contests and her 12th of the season.
- Freshman setter Baylee Johnson had 17 assists and a career-high 14 digs to log her 10th double-double of the season. It was her seventh double-double in the last nine matches.
