USC-UCLA Rivalry Weekend Takes Place At AVP Hermosa Beach

LOS ANGELES -- USC fans and alumni will receive a $5 discount by purchasing tickets online for the AVP Hermosa Beach Open, which will take place from August 6-9. Fans decked out in their school's apparel or accessories also will receive a 10 percent discount at the AVP Merchandise Tent.

Trojan fans are encouraged to buy tickets online at avp.com and utilize the promo code AVPUSC for the discount. The USC-UCLA Challenge has been created to see which school will sell the most tickets with the winner to receive recognition at Center Court. The highlight of the weekend will be the USC-UCLA Challenge Match between former USC and UCLA volleyball greats on Sunday (Aug. 9) at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Six former USC women's volleyball players are on the current AVP Tour: Keao Burdine, Diane Copenhagen, Jennifer Kessy, Tracy Lindquist, Katie Olsovsky and April Ross.
